Marinéo Handi is the Transport Service for People with Reduced Mobility

Marinéo Handi is the Transport Service for People with Reduced Mobility (TSPRM). The TSPRM service is an additional Marinéo service for people who cannot use the network. This service is reserved for residents of the 22 municipalities of the Boulogne urban area. Holders of the Mobility Inclusion Card (Carte Mobilité Inclusion CMI) "Invalidity" card are not subject to this requirement.

The service provides 2 return tickets per week.

Medical or paramedical journeys are not priority.

The following situations open rights to the service:

  • Holders of an 80% (or over) invalidity cards

  • Holders of Mobility Inclusion Cards (Carte Mobilité Inclusion CMI) "Invalidity"

  • People in wheelchairs

  • Blind people

  • Beneficiaries of Transport Disability Compensation Benefits (PCH transport)

How to request access to the Marinéo Handi Service?

An application must be submitted to the accessibility commission for validation.

The application must include the following documents:

  • Complete application file – click here to download

  • Photocopy of the invalidity card

  • Medical certificate in a sealed envelope addressed to the Doctor in charge of the Commission.

The entire dossier is to be sent by mail to the following address:

Applications are examined by the Commission that meets every three months.

Reserve by calling 03.91.18.04.73

Monday to Thursday between 9 am and 12 and 2 and 5 pm.

On Friday between 9 am and 12 and between 2 and 4 pm (except bank holidays).

 

Opening times:

Monday to Saturday 8.45 am to 7 pm without interruption (except bank holidays)

Marinéo provides a specific telephone number so that our teams can schedule an accessible bus for passengers with reduced mobility.
